If not I strongly recommend you work this out before starting with a creative specialist as again they will need this information and you don’t want to be paying them for something you can do yourself.

Is your intention to use your brand to drive business growth?
Its vital that you are able to maximise investment in a new brand with significant marketing and promotion otherwise your investment may not result in any growth.

Have you got a strategy or plan for how you will use your brand?
Having a plan up front can save many hours of the creative’s time working this out with you.

Have you researched your competition?
Being able to tell your creative specialist what you like and what you don’t like in terms of what your competition are doing, can save hours once again.

Have you considered if there are any rules, compliance regulations or common associations that could affect your brand?
For example red is associated with risk so probably not a good idea for insurance.

What are the qualities you want in a creative specialist?
